This policy covers the website wilmaspizza.com, our loyalty programme, promotions, contact requests, office and event ordering, and online checkout. It applies to both stores: Lugano (Via Pretorio 21) and Zurich (Luisenstrasse 43).
We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, for example to visitors in the EU, we also comply with it.

We do not see or store full card details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers.

Your data is seen only by the people and companies who need it for the purposes above.
- Our team in Lugano and Zurich, to prepare your order or answer your request.
- Service providers acting on our behalf and bound by contract: Webflow (website and forms), Shopify and its payment providers (checkout and payments), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads, Fonts), Meta (Pixel), iubenda (cookie banner), Supabase (database for the loyalty programme) and our email provider.
- Delivery partners: all our orders are delivered by external couriers, who receive only the name, address, phone and delivery time they need.
- Advisers and authorities: our accountant and auditors, and public authorities when the law requires it.
When you order through Divoora or Uber Eats, those platforms are responsible for the data you give them; we receive only what we need to prepare your order.
6. Transfers outside Switzerland
Some providers process data outside Switzerland, mainly in the EU, Canada and the USA.
- EU and Canada: recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as providing adequate data protection.
- USA: transfers go to companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where available (for example Google and Meta). Otherwise we rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and the European Commission.
You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep data only as long as the purpose requires, then delete or anonymise it.

You can write to info@wilmaspizza.com at any time to exercise your rights. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.

- Correction: fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion: have your data erased, unless we must keep it by law.
- Objection and restriction: object to processing based on our legitimate interest, or ask us to limit it.
- Portability: receive data you gave us in a common electronic format.
- Withdraw consent: for cookies through the banner settings, for anything else by email.
